Machine Introduction

The machine is composed of four parts: main mechanical working section , electrical cabinet, glass support rack and loading/off loading conveyor.

a) Conveyor: chain transmitting system consisting of special stretchy rubber pad.

b) Front rail movement: driving by motors and move in parallel to adapt to different glass thickness.

c) Loading/off loading conveyor use chain, which can carry heavy glass. It can adjust height to set different glass removal. The height is shown on disk readout.

d) Glass support frame use steel bar with rubber roller.

e) Working speed adjustment: through speed regulator, manually.

f) A manual lubrication oil pump can pump the lubrication oil to the different part of the machine.

g) Amperometer meter: check the wheel pressure.

h) The wheels tank and water tank are made of stainless steel.

Machine complete with parts which is necessary for installation and normal operation.
