Machine Introduction
This glass drilling machine can be connected with double edging machine to make an automatic line. It can work independently as well.
The machine is controlled by PLC and Servo system. From the screen, the operator can select the wanted drawing from different designs and change the glass size and hole position. Machine support USB drawing input.
Glass position system use ball bearing lead screw and controlled by servo system.
This drilling production line has 3 movable drilling stations which can move in X and Y axis independently.
Length of both upper and bottom drill bit could be measured automatically and data displaced on screen for the purpose of ensuring the accurate dimension of hole to be drilled on glass sheet.
